Sophie's agent demanded that she work out for 4 hours, despite her protests that her assignments and course work were taking up a large portion of her time. He relented, then insisted quite strenuously.

She finally gave in. And, after a shaky start (almost falling off the treadmill), she completed her opportunity as well as an Athletic skill point.

Downstairs, after rustling up a group meal, she discovered that one of her fellow students had a bit of a crush on her.

Lovestruck Sim: BTW, I love you.
Sophie: Erm ... o-kayyyy .... Know where I can get some paintbrushes?

I really don't know what to make of that. I really don't, and neither did Sophie.

She started getting a little stir crazy, so I sent her out to the college store.

Oh, look, a chubby fairy! Any chance he's a relative of yours Sophie?

Sophie: Please don't call him 'chubby' that's politically incorrect, and for your information, no. He's not of my family's clan.

Back at the dorm, we now have a sleepwalker. I found her standing right next to someone's bed, looking confused, before passing out cold on the floor.

Sleepwalker: I don't know where I am.
Sleeping Sim: Ohhh, unicorns!
Sleepwalker: This isn't my room!

Eventually she managed to find out where her room was.

Chapter Thirty Three - Maxing Skills and Inventive WooHoo

Sorry this is a short update. I'll make up for it later on.

It's Autumn, and out come the dreadful outfits - I really must change that one on Shannon, green is NOT her colour. But first ....

Austin needed to max out his Athletic skill, so, after visiting the gorgeous training grounds, he finished off at home doing a load of chin ups. The only downside was the fact that he really had to push himself and ended up stinky and exhausted.

At least that's one more skill he needn't worry about!!!

Finally, he rolled the wish to have a baby. So, I added a treehouse to the grounds, in an attempt to fulfil both their wishes!!

Shannon was sick.

It made me wonder if this inventive method had worked, but nope.
She'd been eating stale pancakes from the fridge and they'd made her sick.

I tell you, that's dedication.

Chapter Twenty Three - A Veritable Mish Mash of Events

These pics were taken prior to installation of Island Paradise. And since I'd had no end of issues with the game shortly afterwards, I was a bit leery of actually playing Austin. But these issues finally managed to resolve themselves and I will be going back to Austin and my Wishacy a little later on.

But for now, here are a series of events that happened in game. Some good, some bad.

Hmm, now there's a thought.

Sooo, off he goes to the gym, where he meets a celebrity and instantly wishes to impress her.
O-kay, but you'd better turn up your charm offensive to the max, these folks are VERY hard to please.

First of all - unsurprisingly - she rejected him, looked at him as if he was a bag of wet cement ..... basically. But he plodded on regardless.

I'm in Law Enforcement.
Yeah, way to go lad.....
... got my own squad car!

Please, don't suggest she goes for a ride in it!!

Surprisingly, this actually DID impress her! They got chatting about this and that. And then he went in for the kill.

Hey, if it's ok, can I question you about something.
Um, well....

Erm.

Uh, okay, if you're sure.

YAY!
He grilled her until he got what he wanted. And oh boy, was her life REALLY juicy!! Wanna spill Austin? Please?

A couple of days later, he spotted another Sim and decided to give her a LOUD introduction.
Unfortunately that didn't impress her one bit and she complained of getting ringing in her ears!!!

Spring has sprung and Love Day is upon us.

Austin FINALLY wanted to flirt/date/kiss Shannon. So I sent the two of them back to Dragon Tavern. The place is empty but for those two.

They got a little too close - literally. Before heading outside to watch the stars.

This could be the start of a beautiful relationship!!!

Chapter Twenty - Ogling the Girls at the Gym ... or Better Known as Keeping Fit

Austin never fails to surprise me.
Here he is, re reading that book his boss gave to him.

Ah right.

You DO know that since you've been promoted, you've also got to work on your athletic/body skill too?
Oh darn.
That means only one thing.

Hitting the gym.

(it's also a great way of meeting folks and getting those reports sent in)

And so Austin, on his days off, would find himself trying out the workout equipment in his ... um 'colourful' athletic outfit (I think it suits him)

However, a bunch of Sims decide to switch on the tv and do a little cardio workout. Effectively putting him off!

So many jiggling bits to look at - he sighs.
Austin...
Just saying, that's all.

Next door was much quieter, so he went in there and joined a pretty Sim in a strength workout instead.

Haven't I seen you before?

Sure I have. My gift giving party!
Hey, aren't you the guy who stripped off naked and streaked around the place?
Eeeps.

Anyways, he soon got fatigued and had to stop.

He had yet another long standing wish - to paint 5 wall murals. So I obliged him this time (that wish is getting annoying, am tempted to cancel it, but it has a fairly high rewards points to it and nothing else comes close)

At least he hasn't been arrested again. Guess that young cadet got the message!!
