The Heating is Broke in the Study

Back to the homestead and Hespa is having a really difficult time of it. Firstly, she was so over-stressed and tired out that she temporarily reverted back to her doll form and had to retire to the basement to refresh her ebbing energies! I was worried that this was permanent, but after a quick shower, she soon reverted back.

She also discovered that her room - or at least the one that used to be William's and was converted into a study/studio thingy - is permanently freezing cold. I've searched everywhere but I cannot find out what the issue is. The walls are all intact. Windows placed securely and correctly. Even the roof is fitted properly. But every single Sim who sleeps there, especially during the cold Winter months, has the 'freezing' moodlet as well as the 'get indoors' moodlet. Perhaps I should do a little spot of renovations here?

Hespa was the next victim, because she got out of bed, feeling cold, shivered violently, then promptly collapsed on the floor in a frozen heap.

 She managed to thaw herself out, but this is really concerning me now. I sent her downstairs to get a pot of coffee to warm herself up, but by now, it's early morning and Nessa is awake and having breakfast.

Theirs is a comfortable silence as they sat together. All too soon, Hespa had to go to work and since Nessa's job didn't start until mid afternoon, she took the time to check the weather forecast.

It doesn't look good. Snow and more snow!
