And sure enough, as soon as he woke up, all thoughts of breakfast - although he was starving - were pushed aside as he made a mad dash to the hospital. I'm guessing he wasn't too pleased with the fact that she'd sneaked off without telling him .... or she'd put herself and the unborn baby in danger by driving there herself.
But, a few hours later - just when Austin was due to go to work, Shannon had a little baby boy.
His name is William (very apt at the moment)
Because I'd done such a good job of looking after Shannon through her pregnancy (pats self on back) the game allowed me to choose both traits. So I opted for a trait from each parent.

Brave - from Austin
Plus, as an added bonus, he is also a teeny little fairy too!! You can just about see his sparkly wings!

I gotta go to work.
He had the action to meet up back home, but he was also running very late at work and because his job performance is poor at the moment, he didn't want to risk being demoted. So off to work he went, leaving Shannon to deal with William.
Who, by the way, is a feisty little beggar. Even after fussing and feeding, he STILL cried and howled his brains out.
Oh man, is he SHRILL!!! I've got a headache coming on and he's not helping!!!
Austin finally came home, desperate to pick up William. And yes, he's a chip off the old block. Not a single peep out of this little bundle of mischief ... at. all!!!
